提tí摩mó太tài前qián書shū第dì一yī章zhāng	1 Timothy 1
1 奉fèng 我wǒ們men 救jiù主zhǔ 神shén 、 和hé 我wǒ們men 的de 盼pàn望wàng 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 之zhī 命mìng 、 作zuò 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 使shǐ徒tú 的de 保bǎo羅luó 、	1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope;
2 寫xiě信xìn給gěi 那nà 因yīn 信xìn 主zhǔ 作zuò 我wǒ 真zhēn 兒ér子zi 提tí摩mó太tài ． 願yuàn 恩ēn惠huì 憐lián憫mǐn 平píng安ān 、 從cóng 父fù神shén 和hé 我wǒ們men 主zhǔ 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 、 歸guī 與yú 你nǐ 。	2 Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.
3 我wǒ 往wǎng 馬mǎ其qí頓dùn 去qù 的de時shí候hòu 、 曾céng 勸quàn 你nǐ 仍réng 住zhù在zài 以yǐ弗fú 所suǒ 、 好hǎo 囑zhǔ咐fù 那nà 幾jǐ個ge 人rén 、 不bù可kě 傳chuán 異yì教jiào 、	3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
4 也yě 不bù可kě 聽tīng從cóng 荒huāng 渺miǎo 無wú 憑píng 的de話huà 語yǔ 、 和hé 無wú窮qióng 的de 家jiā譜pǔ ． 這zhè等děng 事shì 只zhǐ 生shēng 辯biàn論lùn 、 並bìng 不bù 發fā明míng 神shén 在zài 信xìn上shàng 所suǒ 立lì 章zhāng程chéng 。	4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
5 但dàn 命mìng令lìng 的de 總zǒng歸guī 就jiù是shì 愛ài ． 這zhè 愛ài 是shì 從cóng 清qīng潔jié 的de 心xīn 、 和hé 無wú 虧kuī 的de 良liáng心xīn 、 無wú 偽wěi 的de 信xìn心xīn 、 生shēng出chū 來lái 的de 。	5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
6 有yǒu人rén 偏piān離lí 這zhè些xie 、 反fǎn去qù 講jiǎng 虛xū浮fú 的de話huà ．	6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7 想xiǎng要yào 作zuò 教jiào法fǎ 師shī 、 卻què 不bù明míng白bái 自zì己jǐ 所suǒ講jiǎng 說shuō的de 、 所suǒ 論lùn定dìng 的de 。	7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
8 我wǒ們men 知zhī道dao 律lǜ法fǎ 原yuán是shì 好hǎo的de 、 只zhǐ 要yào人rén 用yòng 得dé 合hé宜yí ．	8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
9 因yīn為wèi 律lǜ法fǎ 不bù是shì 為wèi 義yì人rén 設shè立lì 的de 、 乃nǎi是shì 為wèi 不bù法fǎ 和hé 不bù服fú 的de 、 不bù虔qián誠chéng 和hé 犯fàn罪zuì 的de 、 不bù 聖shèng潔jié 和hé 戀liàn 世shì俗sú 的de 、 弒shì父fù母mǔ 和hé 殺shā人rén 的de 、	9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
10 行xíng 淫yín 和hé親qīn 男nán色sè 的de 、 搶qiǎng人rén 口kǒu 和hé 說shuō謊huǎng 話huà 的de 、 並bìng 起qǐ 假jiǎ誓shì 的de 、 或huò是shì 為wèi 別bié樣yàng 敵dí 正zhèng道dào 的de 事shì 設shè立lì 的de 。	10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
11 這zhè 是shì 照zhào著zhe 可kě稱chēng 頌sòng 之zhī 神shén交jiāo 託tuō 我wǒ 榮róng耀yào 福fú音yīn 說shuō的de 。	11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
12 我wǒ 感gǎn謝xiè 那nà 給gěi 我wǒ 力lì量liang 的de 、 我wǒ們men 主zhǔ 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 、 因yīn 他tā 以yǐ 我wǒ 有yǒu 忠zhōng心xīn 、 派pài 我wǒ 服fú事shì 他tā 。	12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
13 我wǒ 從cóng前qián 是shì 褻xiè瀆dú 神shén 的de 、 逼bī迫pò 人rén 的de 、 侮wǔ 慢màn 人rén 的de ． 然rán而ér 我wǒ 還hái 蒙méng 了le 憐lián憫mǐn 、 因yīn 我wǒ 是shì 不bù信xìn 不bù明míng白bái 的de時shí候hòu 而ér 作zuò 的de 。	13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
14 並bìng且qiě 我wǒ 主zhǔ 的de 恩ēn 是shì 格gé外wài 豐fēng盛shèng 、 使shǐ 我wǒ 在zài 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 裡lǐ 有yǒu 信xìn心xīn 和hé 愛ài心xīn 。	14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
15 基jī督dū 耶yē穌sū 降jiàng世shì 、 為wèi 要yào 拯zhěng救jiù 罪zuì人rén ． 這zhè 話huà 是shì 可kě信xìn 的de 、 是shì 十shí分fēn 可kě佩pèi 服fú 的de ． 在zài 罪zuì人rén 中zhōng 我wǒ 是shì 個ge 罪zuì魁kuí 。	15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
16 然rán而ér 我wǒ 蒙méng 了le 憐lián憫mǐn 、 是shì 因yīn 耶yē穌sū基jī督dū 要yào 在zài 我wǒ 這zhè 罪zuì魁kuí 身shēn上shàng 、 顯xiǎn明míng 他tā 一yí切qiè 的de 忍rěn耐nài 、 給gěi 後hòu來lái 信xìn 他tā 得dé 永yǒng生shēng 的de 人rén 作zuò 榜bǎng樣yàng 。	16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
17 但dàn願yuàn 尊zūn貴guì 榮róng耀yào 歸guī 與yú 那nà 不bù能néng 朽xiǔ 壞huài 不bù能néng 看kàn見jiàn 永yǒng世shì 的de 君jūn王wáng 、 獨dú 一yī 的de 神shén 、 直zhí到dào 永yǒng永yǒng遠yuǎn遠yuǎn 。 阿ā們mén 。	17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
18 我wǒ 兒ér 提tí摩mó太tài 阿ā 、 我wǒ 照zhào 從cóng前qián 指zhǐ著zhe 你nǐ的de 豫yù言yán 、 將jiāng 這zhè 命mìng令lìng 交jiāo 託tuō 你nǐ 、 叫jiào 你nǐ 因yīn此cǐ 可kě以yǐ 打dǎ 那nà 美měi好hǎo 的de 仗zhàng ．	18 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
19 常cháng 存cún 信xìn心xīn 、 和hé 無wú 虧kuī 的de 良liáng心xīn ． 有yǒu人rén 丟diū棄qì 良liáng心xīn 、 就jiù 在zài 真zhēn 道dào上shàng 如rú同tóng 船chuán 破pò壞huài 了le 一yì般bān 。	19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:
20 其qí中zhōng 有yǒu 許xǔ 米mǐ乃nǎi 和hé 亞yà 力lì 山shān 大dà ． 我wǒ 已yǐ經jīng 把bǎ 他tā們men 交jiāo給gěi 撒sā但dàn 、 使shǐ 他tā們men 受shòu 責zé罰fá 、 就jiù 不bù再zài 謗bàng 瀆dú 了le 。	20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
