以yǐ弗fú所suǒ書shū第dì四sì 章zhāng	Ephesians 4
1 我wǒ 為wèi 主zhǔ 被bèi 囚qiú 的de 勸quàn 你nǐ們men 、 既jì然rán 蒙méng 召zhào 、 行xíng事shì 為wèi 人rén 就jiù 當dāng 與yú 蒙méng 召zhào 的de 恩ēn 相xiāng稱chēng ．	1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 凡fán事shì 謙qiān虛xū 、 溫wēn柔róu 、 忍rěn耐nài 、 用yòng 愛ài心xīn 互hù相xiāng 寬kuān容róng 、	2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 用yòng 和hé平píng 彼bǐ此cǐ 聯lián絡luò 、 竭jié力lì 保bǎo守shǒu 聖shèng靈líng 所suǒ 賜cì 合hé而ér為wéi一yī 的de 心xīn 。	3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 身shēn體tǐ 只zhǐ有yǒu 一yī個ge 、 聖shèng靈líng 只zhǐ有yǒu 一yī個ge 、 正zhèng如rú 你nǐ們men 蒙méng 召zhào 、 同tóng有yǒu 一yī個ge 指zhǐ望wàng 、	4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 一yī 主zhǔ 、 一yī 信xìn 、 一yī 洗xǐ 、	5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 一yī神shén 、 就jiù是shì 眾zhòng人rén 的de 父fù 、 超chāo乎hū 眾zhòng人rén 之zhī上shàng 、 貫guàn 乎hū 眾zhòng人rén 之zhī 中zhōng 、 也yě 住zhù在zài 眾zhòng人rén 之zhī內nèi 。	6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 我wǒ們men 各gè人rén 蒙méng恩ēn 、 都dōu 是shì 照zhào 基jī督dū 所suǒ 量liáng 給gěi 各gè人rén 的de 恩ēn賜cì 。	7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 所suǒ以yǐ 經jīng 上shàng 說shuō 、『 他tā 升shēng上shàng 高gāo天tiān 的de時shí候hòu 、 擄lǔ掠lüè 了le 仇chóu敵dí 、 將jiāng 各gè樣yàng 的de 恩ēn賜cì 賞shǎng給gěi 人rén 。』	8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 （ 既jì 說shuō 升shēng上shàng 、 豈qǐ不bù是shì 先xiān 降jiàng 在zài地dì下xià 麼me ．	9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 那nà 降jiàng下xià 的de 、 就jiù是shì 遠yuǎn升shēng 諸zhū天tiān 之zhī上shàng 要yào 充chōng滿mǎn 萬wàn 有yǒu的de 。）	10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 他tā 所suǒ 賜cì 的de 有yǒu 使shǐ徒tú 、 有yǒu 先xiān知zhī ． 有yǒu 傳chuán福fú音yīn 的de ． 有yǒu 牧mù師shī 和hé 教jiào師shī ．	11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 為wèi 要yào 成chéng全quán 聖shèng徒tú 、 各gè 盡jìn其qí 職zhí 、 建jiàn立lì 基jī督dū 的de 身shēn體tǐ ．	12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 直zhí 等děng到dào 我wǒ們men 眾zhòng人rén 在zài 真zhēn 道dào上shàng 同tóng歸guī 於yú 一yī 、 認rèn識shi 神shén 的de 兒ér子zi 、 得dé以yǐ 長cháng大dà成chéng人rén 、 滿mǎn有yǒu 基jī督dū 長zhǎng成chéng 的de 身shēn 量liáng ．	13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 使shǐ 我wǒ們men 不bù再zài 作zuò 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 、 中zhōng了le 人rén 的de 詭guǐ計jì 、 和hé 欺qī騙piàn 的de 法fǎ術shù 、 被bèi 一yí切qiè 異yì教jiào 之zhī 風fēng 搖yáo動dòng 、 飄piāo來lái 飄piāo 去qù 、 就jiù 隨suí從cóng 各gè樣yàng 的de 異yì端duān ．	14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 惟wéi 用yòng 愛ài心xīn 說shuō 誠chéng實shí 話huà 、 凡fán事shì 長cháng進jìn 、 連lián 於yú 元yuán首shǒu 基jī督dū ．	15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 全quán身shēn 都dōu 靠kào 他tā 聯lián絡luò 得dé 合hé式shì 、 百bǎi 節jié 各gè 按àn 各gè 職zhí 、 照zhào著zhe 各gè 體tǐ 的de 功gōng用yòng 、 彼bǐ此cǐ 相xiāng 助zhù 、 便biàn 叫jiào 身shēn體tǐ 漸jiàn漸jiàn 增zēng長zhǎng 、 在zài 愛ài 中zhōng 建jiàn立lì 自zì己jǐ 。	16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
17 所suǒ以yǐ 我wǒ 說shuō 、 且qiě 在zài 主zhǔ 裡lǐ 確què實shí 的de 說shuō 、 你nǐ們men 行xíng事shì 、 不bù要yào 再zài 像xiàng 外wài邦bāng人rén 存cún 虛xū妄wàng 的de 心xīn 行xíng事shì ．	17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 他tā們men 心xīn地dì 昏hūn 昧mèi 、 與yú 神shén 所suǒ 賜cì 的de 生shēng命mìng 隔gé絕jué 了le 、 都dōu 因yīn 自zì己jǐ 無wú知zhī 、 心xīn裡lǐ 剛gāng硬yìng ．	18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 良liáng心xīn 既jì然rán 喪sàng 盡jìn 、 就jiù 放fàng縱zòng 私sī 慾yù 、 貪tān 行xíng 種zhǒng種zhǒng 的de 污wū穢huì 。	19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 你nǐ們men 學xué了le 基jī督dū 、 卻què 不bù是shì 這zhè樣yàng ．	20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 如rú果guǒ 你nǐ們men 聽tīng過guò 他tā的de 道dào 、 領lǐng了le 他tā的de 教jiào 、 學xué了le 他tā的de 真zhēn理lǐ 、	21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 就jiù 要yào 脫tuō去qù 你nǐ們men 從cóng前qián 行xíng為wéi 上shàng 的de 舊jiù 人rén ． 這zhè 舊jiù 人rén 是shì 因yīn 私sī 慾yù 的de 迷mí惑huò 、 漸jiàn漸jiàn 變biàn壞huài 的de ．	22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 又yòu 要yào 將jiāng 你nǐ們men的de 心xīn志zhì 改gǎi換huàn 一yī新xīn ．	23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 並bìng且qiě 穿chuān上shàng 新xīn人rén ． 這zhè 新xīn人rén 是shì 照zhào著zhe 神shén 的de 形xíng像xiàng 造zào 的de 、 有yǒu 真zhēn理lǐ 的de 仁rén義yì 、 和hé 聖shèng潔jié 。	24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25 所suǒ以yǐ 你nǐ們men 要yào 棄qì絕jué 謊huǎng言yán 、 各gè人rén 與yú 鄰lín舍shè 說shuō實shí話huà ． 因yīn為wèi 我wǒ們men 是shì 互hù相xiāng 為wèi 肢zhī體tǐ 。	25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
26 生shēng氣qì 卻què 不bù要yào 犯fàn罪zuì ． 不bù可kě 含hán怒nù 到dào 日rì落luò ．	26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 也yě 不bù可kě 給gěi 魔mó鬼guǐ 留liú 地dì步bù 。	27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 從cóng前qián 偷tōu竊qiè 的de 、 不bù要yào 再zài 偷tōu ． 總zǒng要yào 勞láo力lì 、 親qīn手shǒu 作zuò 正zhèng經jīng 事shì 、 就jiù 可kě 有yǒu 餘yú 、 分fēn給gěi 那nà 缺quē少shǎo 的de 人rén 。	28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 污wū穢huì 的de 言yán語yǔ 、 一yī句jù 不bù可kě 出chū口kǒu 、 只zhǐ 要yào 隨suí 事shì 說shuō 造zào就jiù 人rén 的de 好hǎo話huà 、 叫jiào 聽tīng見jiàn 的de 人rén 得dé益yì 處chǔ 。	29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 不bù要yào 叫jiào 神shén 的de 聖shèng靈líng 擔dān憂yōu ． 你nǐ們men 原yuán是shì 受shòu了le 他tā的de 印yìn記jì 、 等děng候hòu 得dé 贖shú 的de 日rì子zi 來lái到dào 。	30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 一yí切qiè 苦kǔ 毒dú 、 惱nǎo恨hèn 、 忿fèn怒nù 、 嚷rǎng鬧nào 、 毀huǐ謗bàng 、 並bìng 一yí切qiè 惡è毒dú 、〔 或huò 作zuò 陰yīn毒dú 〕 都dōu 當dāng 從cóng 你nǐ們men 中zhōng間jiān 除chú掉diào ．	31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 並bìng 要yào 以yǐ 恩ēn 慈cí 相xiāng待dài 、 存cún 憐lián憫mǐn 的de 心xīn 、 彼bǐ此cǐ 饒ráo恕shù 、 正zhèng如rú 神shén 在zài 基jī督dū 裡lǐ 饒ráo恕shù 了le 你nǐ們men 一yí樣yàng 。	32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
