雅yǎ各gè書shū第dì二èr 章zhāng	James 2
1 我wǒ的de 弟dì兄xiōng們mén 、 你nǐ們men 信xìn奉fèng 我wǒ們men 榮róng耀yào 的de 主zhǔ 耶yē穌sū基jī督dū 、 便biàn 不bù可kě 按àn著zhe 外wài貌mào 待dài人rén 。	1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
2 若ruò有yǒu 一yī個ge 人rén 帶dài著zhe 金jīn 戒jiè指zhi 、 穿chuān著zhe 華huá美měi 衣yī服fu 、 進jìn 你nǐ們men的de 會huì堂táng 去qù ． 又yòu 有yǒu 一yī個ge 窮qióng人rén 、 穿chuān著zhe 骯āng髒zàng 衣yī服fu 也yě 進jìn去qù ．	2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
3 你nǐ們men 就jiù 看kàn重zhòng 那nà 穿chuān 華huá美měi 衣yī服fu 的de 人rén 、 說shuō 、 請qǐng坐zuò 在zài 這zhè 好hǎo位wèi 上shàng ． 又yòu 對duì 那nà 窮qióng人rén 說shuō 、 你nǐ 站zhàn在zài 那nà裡li 、 或huò 坐zuò在zài 我wǒ 腳jiǎo凳dèng 下xià邊biān ．	3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
4 這zhè 豈qǐ不bù是shì 你nǐ們men 偏piān心xīn 待dài人rén 、 用yòng 惡è意yì 斷duàn定dìng 人rén 麼me 。	4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
5 我wǒ 親qīn愛ài的de 弟dì兄xiōng們mén 請qǐng聽tīng 、 神shén 豈qǐ不bù是shì 揀jiǎn選xuǎn 了le 世shì上shàng 的de 貧pín窮qióng 人rén 、 叫jiào 他tā們men 在zài 信xìn上shàng 富fù足zú 、 並bìng 承chéng受shòu 他tā 所suǒ 應yìng許xǔ 給gěi 那nà些xiē 愛ài 他tā 之zhī 人rén 的de 國guó 麼me 。	5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?
6 你nǐ們men 反fǎn倒dǎo 羞xiū辱rù 貧pín窮qióng 人rén 。 那nà 富fù足zú 人rén 豈qǐ不bù是shì 欺qī壓yā 你nǐ們men 、 拉lā 你nǐ們men 到dào 公gōng堂táng 去qù 麼me 。	6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
7 他tā們men 不bù是shì 褻xiè瀆dú 你nǐ們men 所suǒ 敬jìng奉fèng 的de 尊zūn 名míng 麼me 。〔 所suǒ 敬jìng奉fèng 或huò 作zuò 作zuò 被bèi 稱chēng 〕	7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?
8 經jīng 上shàng 記jì著zhe 說shuō 、『 要yào 愛ài人rén如rú己jǐ 。』 你nǐ們men 若ruò 全quán 守shǒu 這zhè 至zhì尊zūn 的de 律lǜ法fǎ 纔cái 是shì 好hǎo的de ．	8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
9 但dàn 你nǐ們men 若ruò按àn 外wài貌mào 待dài人rén 、 便biàn是shì 犯fàn罪zuì 、 被bèi 律lǜ法fǎ 定dìng為wèi 犯fàn法fǎ 的de 。	9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
10 因yīn為wèi 凡fán 遵zūn守shǒu 全quán 律lǜ法fǎ 的de 、 只zhǐ 在zài 一yī條tiáo 上shàng 跌diē倒dǎo 、 他tā 就jiù是shì 犯fàn了le 眾zhòng 條tiáo 。	10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
11 原yuán來lái 那nà 說shuō 不bù可kě 姦jiān淫yín 的de 、 也yě 說shuō 不bù可kě 殺shā人rén ． 你nǐ 就jiù是shì 不bù 姦jiān淫yín 、 卻què 殺shā人rén 、 仍réng是shì 成chéng了le 犯fàn 律lǜ法fǎ 的de 。	11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
12 你nǐ們men 既jì然rán 要yào 按àn使shǐ 人rén 自zì由yóu 的de 律lǜ法fǎ 受shòu 審shěn判pàn 、 就jiù 該gāi 照zhào 這zhè 律lǜ法fǎ 說shuō話huà 行xíng事shì 。	12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
13 因yīn為wèi 那nà 不bù 憐lián憫mǐn 人rén 的de 、 也yě 要yào 受shòu 無wú 憐lián憫mǐn 的de 審shěn判pàn ． 憐lián憫mǐn 原yuán是shì 向xiàng 審shěn判pàn 誇kuā 勝shēng 。	13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
14 我wǒ的de 弟dì兄xiōng們mén 、 若ruò有yǒu 人rén 說shuō 、 自zì己jǐ 有yǒu 信xìn心xīn 、 卻què 沒méi有yǒu 行xíng為wéi 、 有yǒu 甚shén麼me 益yì處chù 呢ne ． 這zhè 信xìn心xīn 能néng 救jiù 他tā 麼me 。	14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 若ruò是shì 弟dì兄xiōng 、 或huò是shì 姐jiě妹mèi 、 赤chì身shēn露lù體tǐ 、 又yòu 缺quē 了le 日rì用yòng 的de 飲yǐn食shí 、	15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 你nǐ們men 中zhōng間jiān 有yǒu人rén 對duì 他tā們men 說shuō 、 平píng平píng安ān安ān 的de 去qù 罷bà 、 願yuàn 你nǐ們men 穿chuān得dé 煖nuǎn 喫chī 得dé 飽bǎo ． 卻què 不bù給gěi 他tā們men 身shēn體tǐ 所suǒ 需xū用yòng 的de 、 這zhè有yǒu 甚shén麼me 益yì處chù 呢ne 。	16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 這zhè樣yàng 、 信xìn心xīn 若ruò 沒méi有yǒu 行xíng為wéi 就jiù是shì 死sǐ 的de 。	17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 必bì 有yǒu人rén 說shuō 、 你nǐ 有yǒu 信xìn心xīn 、 我wǒ 有yǒu 行xíng為wéi ． 你nǐ 將jiāng 你nǐ 沒méi有yǒu 行xíng為wéi 的de 信xìn心xīn 指zhǐ給gěi 我wǒ 看kàn 、 我wǒ 便biàn 藉jiè著zhe 我wǒ的de 行xíng為wéi 、 將jiāng 我wǒ的de 信xìn心xīn 指zhǐ給gěi 你nǐ 看kàn 。	18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 你nǐ 信xìn 神shén 只zhǐ有yǒu 一yī位wèi 、 你nǐ 信xìn 的de 不bù錯cuò ． 鬼guǐ 魔mó 也yě 信xìn 、 卻què是shì 戰zhàn 驚jīng 。	19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 虛xū浮fú 的de 人rén 哪nǎ 、 你nǐ 願yuàn意yì 知zhī道dao 沒méi有yǒu 行xíng為wéi 的de 信xìn心xīn 是shì 死sǐ 的de 麼me 。	20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 我wǒ們men 的de 祖zǔ宗zōng 亞yǎ伯bó拉lā罕hǎn 、 把bǎ 他tā 兒ér子zi 以yǐ撒sā 獻xiàn 在zài 壇tán 上shàng 、 豈qǐ不bù是shì 因yīn 行xíng為wéi 稱chēng義yì 麼me 。	21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 可kě見jiàn 信xìn心xīn 是shì 與yú 他tā的de 行xíng為wéi 並bìng行xíng 、 而ér且qiě 信xìn心xīn 因yīn 著zhe 行xíng為wéi 纔cái 得dé 成chéng全quán ．	22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
23 這zhè 就jiù 應yìng驗yàn 經jīng 上shàng 所suǒ 說shuō 、『 亞yǎ伯bó拉lā罕hǎn 信xìn 神shén 、 這zhè 就jiù 算suàn 為wèi 他tā的de 義yì 。』 他tā 又yòu 得dé 稱chēng為wéi 神shén 的de 朋péng友you 。	23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 這zhè樣yàng 看kàn來lai 、 人rén 稱chēng義yì 是shì 因yīn 著zhe 行xíng為wéi 、 不bù是shì 單dān 因yīn 著zhe 信xìn 。	24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25 妓jì女nǚ 喇lā合hé 接jiē待dài 使shǐ者zhě 、 又yòu 放fàng 他tā們men 從cóng 別bié的de 路lù上shàng 出chū去qù 、 不bù 也yě 是shì 一yí樣yàng 因yīn 行xíng為wéi 稱chēng義yì 麼me 。	25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
26 身shēn體tǐ 沒méi有yǒu 靈líng魂hún 是shì 死sǐ 的de 、 信xìn心xīn 沒méi有yǒu 行xíng為wéi 也yě 是shì 死sǐ 的de 。	26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
